They're looking for an experienced 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to come along and join their team!
2nd Line Service Desk Engineer
Dundee/Hybrid
£25,000 - £30,000
Day-to-Day:
- Supporting the Service Desk in a 2nd Line capacity
- Supporting clients on-site with technical issues and project work
- Collaborating with your team and the escalation team to find a resolution for your clients.
- Maintaining and supporting your client's infrastructure
