We’re hiring for a Production Operative to join a busy department at a fast-growing, market-leading manufacturer based in Stalybridge, Tameside. This is permanent position with further opportunities to grow and develop within the company alongside supportive management.

• Monday – Friday 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?

• Inspecting products at different production stages to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any defects
• Safely transporting products between production areas as required for the next stage of the process
• Preparing and packing finished products according to specifications, ensuring they are ready for delivery

What do you need?

• Previous production / manufacturing experience preferred
• The ability to lift and move heavy items safely
• Must work well as part of a team and be willing to help out where needed
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
