£30,000 - £40,000 DOE (includes shift allowance) + 38 days holiday + Excellent training + Excellent Pension

36.5 hours per week - Evenings - 1 weekend in 2 - NO NIGHTS

Coventry - commutable from Birmingham, Nuneaton, Leamington Spa, Rugby, Coleshill

An exciting opportunity for a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer either looking for a stable, static role or the chance to progress technically through funded training both internally and externally, where you will work in a diverse range of facilities.

My client's large estate has a range of different buildings which would give you exposure to a domestic, commercial, and industrial workload. You will be working on heating/ventilation, air conditioning, and gas fired plant, BMS controls, power supplies, lighting systems and motors.

They require a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a facilities background to join their team and help look after the estate. Candidates that want to progress technically could be put through some training to upskill themselves and will have the opportunity to work on a range of interesting and varied projects.

The role would also suit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Technician looking to join a stable company, in a static role, nice environment and within a great team. The company offers excellent holidays for a better work life balance and a generous pension scheme.
