Technical Manager - Finished Product Food & Drink Environment
  
Join our clients team as a Technical Manager, where you’ll lead technical operations and ensure top-notch quality and compliance for our clients products.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Label Compliance: Oversee accurate label translations and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • BRC Standards: Maintain BRC compliance, ensuring all processes meet internal, external, legal, and customer audit requirements.
  • Training: Develop and deliver technical training programs for staff.
  • Retail Portal Management: Manage retail portals for clients like Aldi and Sainsbury’s, ensuring product information is up to date.
  • Collaboration: Work with brand managers and NPD teams to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust QA processes for top-quality products.
  • Regulatory Affairs: Keep up with regulatory changes and ensure company-wide compliance.
  • Supplier Audits: Conduct audits to ensure supplier compliance.
  • Technical Support: Provide support to internal teams and clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, detailed technical reports and documentation.
  
Qualifications:
  • Experience with Aldi Product Portal (APP) is essential.
  • Proven technical management or quality role in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BRC standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Label translation and management experience.
  • Excellent project management and teamwork skills.
