My client is seeking a highly experienced PA to join thier exeuctive team based in Ipswiuch they offer hybrid working 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing diaries and scheduling meetings
  • Office manangerment expereince 
  • Handling confidential correspondence and communications
  • Organising travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders
  • Taking minutes during key meetings and following up on action points
  • Involvment with projects 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • PA exerience is essential 
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion
