Job Title: Community Nurse – Dementia Nursing Home
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Nurse to work in a Dementia Nursing Home in Liverpool. Both day and night shifts are available.
Key Responsibilities
- You will provide nursing care to residents in a dementia nursing home, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care.
- Administer medications, conduct assessments, and create care plans tailored to each resident's individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the wellbeing and safety of residents, and liaise with families and external agencies as necessary.
Position Details:
- Location: Liverpool
- Work Pattern: Day and night shifts available
- Rates:
- Day Rate: £25.74 per hour
- Night/Saturday Rate: £32.46 per hour
- Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £40.19 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with experience in dementia care
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
