Assistant Facilities Manager

In this role as Assistant Facilities Manager, you will have complete exposure to the total delivery of FM services to a group of six commercial office buildings that are very modern styled with a cool vibe deliberately designed and to attract tenants from creative industries and IT sectors.

The buildings are in and around the Wandsworth Area, SW18, with great public transport links.

You will be trained and mentored by an experienced Facilities Manager with the ultimate ambition that your career would progress to take over as the FM and you would work towards gaining your IOSH and NEBOSH certification.

Background and Experience of the Assistant Facilities Manager

  • Total FM delivery
  • IOSH Qualified or working towards it.
  • Management of sub-contractors
  • Fabric and Infrastructure projects
  • P&L Budgetary control
  • Guardian of statutory compliance
  • Solutions finder with a calm and measured approach
