My client is a specialist Housing Civil Engineering Groundworks Estimator delivering projects throughout the Midlands.

They have gained a distinguished reputation for delivering hugely successful schemes including but not limited to Groundworks for Housing.

Due to sustained growth, they are recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join their business.

You'll be working on Several Civil Engineering projects across the Manchester and surrounding areas.

Experience within the highways sector is essential.

As the Senior Estimator you'll need to be commercially savvy with prior experience in a comparable position. Your main duties will include:

  • Collaborating across departments to ensure accurate pricing and comprehensive technical and commercial details in tender submissions
  • Upholding tight deadlines throughout the tender process
  • Cultivating strong client relationships and networking with industry professionals to pave the way for future tender victories and client engagements
  • Facilitating a smooth transition from tendering to project execution and delivery
  • Negotiate with clients including site meetings and agreeing method of working.
  • Engage with clients for future schemes
  • Production of programmes and method statements
