Position: Legionella Risk Assessor

Head Office Location: Burton upon Trent (you need to live within an hour or Burton)

Territory: Nationwide (must be willing to travel and stay away from home when needed)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

The Role: As a Legionella Risk Assessor, you will conduct assessments on hot and cold water systems, ensuring compliance with ACoP L8, HSG 274, BS 8580-1:2019, and HTM 04-01 standards. This is a customer-facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. The position involves nationwide travel, and the ability to stay overnight as needed.

Essential Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Legionella Risk Assessing for hot and cold water systems
• Knowledge of healthcare properties and related requirements
• Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD) for drawing production
• Understanding of Water and G3 Building Regulations
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with water treatment plants, equipment, cooling towers, and closed systems

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Work Location: Hybrid - Home-based with travel and occasional office presence for training.

You should be detail-oriented, IT literate, and committed to maintaining high standards of work. The role can be physically demanding, and you may work in confined spaces or perform heavy lifting (training provided).
