Mechanical Project Manager - My client is a privately owned business with over 40 years of experience in mechanical and electrical installations and maintenance. As a business, they are reputable and established, with a strong operational spread across the UK, providing the full range of M&E services including refurbishment and repair, planned maintenance, installation, energy conservation and project design.
Due to a strong strong order book of work with repeat business clients, they are now recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.
As the successful candidate, you will be working predominantly on commercial projects ranging in value from circa £500k up to £1m. You will also be working on a variety of other projects including schools, prison estates and, defence sites.
