Job Title: RMN or Social Worker – CAMHS
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Social Worker to join the CAMHS team in Blackpool. This is a full-time role, with flexibility in working hours and occasional additional days.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete ongoing assessments for young people in crisis, both on the ward and in the community.
- Complete all necessary assessment paperwork, make appropriate referrals, and liaise with agencies as required.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop safety and care plans for young people in crisis.
- Work closely with partner agencies such as children’s services and safeguarding teams.
- Provide ongoing support and sessional work for young people, managing caseloads and referring back to services as necessary.
- Prioritise work based on risk and complexity, and escalate concerns or uncertainties as needed.
- Collaborate effectively within a team, offering support and receiving support from team members.
Position Details:
- Location: Blackpool
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 (full-time with flexibility and occasional additional days)
- Contract Duration: Until 07/01/2024
- Rate: £25.55 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
- Qualified RMN or Social Worker with experience in CAMHS or working with young people
- Ability to conduct risk assessments, manage caseloads, and collaborate with partner agencies
