Job Title: Logistics/Warehouse Operator
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months minimum)
Location: Eastleigh
Pay: £15.86 per hour (inclusive of shift premium)
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, 4 on/4 off (Days only)

Our client is seeking Logistics/Warehouse Operators for a busy factory environment. These roles are initially offered on a 6-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidates will undertake a variety of basic stores and logistics duties within the warehouse.

• Perform a range of basic stores duties
• Operate machinery and equipment as needed
• Accurately transfer numbers and data with a high level of attention to detail
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety in the workplace
• Follow a methodical and fast approach to tasks without compromising quality
• Assist in ensuring the smooth flow of logistics within the factory

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (refreshed within the last 3 years)
• PC literate (ability to use computers for basic tasks)
• Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern (4 on/4 off)

• Clear and legible handwriting
• High attention to detail and accuracy in number transfer
• Good hand/eye coordination
• Safety-conscious mindset
• Ability to work in a methodical yet fast-paced manner without cutting corners
• Quality-driven approach to work
• Machine operating experience is a plus
