Labourer needed in Walthamstow, London

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Labourers for a brand new residential project in Walthamstow. This long-term project is managed by a well-established main contractor. We are ideally looking for candidates who reside in the borough of Waltham Forest to meet Section 106 requirements set by the council.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labouring duties on-site
• Assist with the movement of materials and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CSCS Card
• Reside in the borough of Waltham Forest (preferred to meet Section 106 requirements)
• Motivated and eager to learn, with opportunities for advancement due to the early stages of the project
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctuality and reliability
