Job Title: Success Factors Systems Analyst

Duration: 12 months, extensions likely

Location: London or Warwick/Hybrid (occasional travel to the office)

Salary: £400-£460 per day via Umbrella

We are currently seeking a Success Factors Systems Analyst to join our client's team in Warwick or London. As the Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our client's HR applications, specifically focusing on the Success Factors Performance & Goals, Succession, and Learning modules.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the central technical subject matter expert and enterprise administrator for the Success Factors system, ensuring that it aligns with the organisation's global business needs.
* Collaborate with a third-party application support team to manage system configuration, role-based permissions, data integrity, and releases.
* Support Product Owners in developing solutions to system challenges, collecting user requirements, researching technical practises, and staying up-to-date with leading practises in the SAP SuccessFactors community.
* Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for system changes and defect fixes.
* Take ownership of assigned projects and effectively manage your work, building collaborative relationships to provide an exceptional user experience.
* Collaborate with the HR Systems team on other HR projects and provide support whenever necessary.
* Conduct training sessions and provide updates to ensure effective system usage and user empowerment.
* Contribute actively within matrix teams to solve complex problems and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Success Factors systems administration, with expertise in modules such as Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals, and Talent.
* Strong knowledge of HR SAP SuccessFactors best practises and a proactive approach to applying this knowledge to HR activities.
* Familiarity with Agile development frameworks is desirable but not mandatory.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels.
* Prior experience working in a matrix organisation with cross-functional teams.
