Job Title: Maintenance Electrician 

Location: Covering Bolton, Morecombe, Middlesbrough, Leeds, and Manchester

Salary: Up to £38,000 + van with personal use & fuel card supplied

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm

Call-Outs: 1 in 3 (rarely frequent), £125 standby pay

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician or Time-Served Fabric Technician to join our team. You will cover multiple locations and provide both planned and reactive maintenance services (50% each). This role involves working on various commercial sites, ensuring the efficient operation of building services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting emergency light tests, fire alarm checks, and water temperature checks (including tap flushing).
• Working on commercial lighting, power sockets, and checking AHU's and FCU's.
• Inspecting and maintaining microwaves, dishwashers, and other kitchen appliances.
• Performing building maintenance tasks, including fixing toilets, taps, and door handles.

Qualifications (preferred):

• 18th Edition Electrical Certification
• NVQ Level 3 Electrical

About You:

• Experience in commercial maintenance is essential.
• Able to work independently across multiple locations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients.
