Our esteemed client, a prominent firm, is seeking highly skilled individuals to join their team and manage post-completion processes in the Real Estate team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the seamless operation of a leading organisation within the industry.
 
The ideal candidates will have previous experience in post-completion matters, demonstrating a proactive approach, effective prioritisation skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diarising Key Dates
  • Efficiently manage critical OS1 and Companies House schedules.
  • Land Registry Applications
  • Prepare and submit AP1/FR1 applications to the Land Registry, ensuring all accompanying documents are complete, dated, and signed.
  • Requisition Management: Address requisitions from the Land Registry promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a meticulous system for managing all post-completion tasks.
  • Client & Lender Communication: Provide timely updates and respond to requests from lenders, brokers, and clients regarding registration progress.
  • Document Distribution: Send copies of completed registrations and any required documents to clients and lenders.
  • Risk Management: Promptly alert the Post Completion Paralegal to any potential risks of removal from lender panels.
  • Account Balances: Handle account balances in accordance with firm policies.File Closure: Close and archive files once all post-completion matters are resolved.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist the department with various tasks, including the production of security documents.
 
What you will bring to the role:
  • Experience: Demonstrated familiarity with OS1 and Companies House procedures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in preparing AP1/FR1 applications for the Land Registry.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage requisitions and maintain systematic operations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients, lenders, and team members.
  • Team Player: Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
