This is a fully autonomous role where you will have the chance to make a real impact, with comprehensive industry training provided and clear paths for progression within the business.

Following a recent internal promotion, we are looking for a Production Manager to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.

• Production Manager
• £45,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Benefits
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 35.
• Oversee production schedules, ensuring adherence to KPIs.
• Work closely with senior management to maintain and improve operational efficiency.
• Tailored training to get you up to speed in the industry & defined routes of progression

Person:
To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have experience as a Production Manager or Supervisor, ideally in manufacturing, heavy engineering, recycling, aggregates, or a related industry.
• Be a natural leader with excellent people management skills.
• Thrive in an autonomous role with the drive to lead your team to success.
• Be ambitious and keen to progress within a fast-growing company.
