Building Services Engineer & Lead Engineer

West Midlands

Salary up to £42,000 - dependent on role and experience.

TSR are working with a nationwide Facilities Management company looking to add the following roles to their ranks to cover the West Midlands area.

Our Client is looking for:

• Building Services Engineer's - Multi Skilled
• Building Services Engineer's - Electrical Bias 
• Lead Engineer - Multi Skilled

The ideal candidate will have the following essential skills:

• Building Services Engineer's - Multi Skilled - must a hold a level 2 in either plumbing, air conditioning or gas and have electrical knowledge. Alternatively be apprentice trained.
• Building Services Engineer's - Electrical Bias - level 3 in electrical installation and 17th edition or equivalent. and hold 2391 certification. Alternatively be apprentice trained.
• Lead Engineer - must have experience leading/supervising a team and must a hold a trade qualification.
• A Positive 'can do' attitude
• Able to work on own or as part of a team
• A good knowledge of Health & Safety
