Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and various mental health diagnoses?
As an Regional manager for supported living services, you will have the rewarding role of overseeing multiple services currently rated Good with CQC. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring high-quality care and support.
The ideal candidate will have desirable experience:
1. Proven experience in managing supported living services.
2. Completed Social Care management qualification.
3. In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
7. A background in working with adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health diagnoses.
