A leader in pharmaceutical and health distribution services since 1999, is expanding its Customer Service team and is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their dynamic and fast-paced department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and has experience working within a busy customer service environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing and resolving customer queries, including complaints, delivery issues, and order discrepancies.
- Handling incoming calls as the first point of contact and taking the lead on resolving issues and collaborating with other departments to gather product information.
- Processing orders accurately and ensuring they meet customer expectations.
- Logging and tracking customer queries, ensuring they are followed through to completion and resolved efficiently.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, and previous administrative experience.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and take a confident, innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Strong computer skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Have the confidence to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
