We’re interested in speaking with Building Control Surveyors, Design Managers, Engineers, Architects or Technical Coordinators with experience of building regulations. Clerk of Works or Building Inspectors or CDM professionals in building safety would also be of interest.

As Principal Designer, you will coordinate technical experts and lead on building regulation project work as part of a rapidly expending team and service.

You’ll be joining an award-winning consultancy delivering full Principal Designer services to clients across the UK on commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects.

A dynamic team of professionals who offer genuine flexible working with a sensible split of home working, office days and site visits to suit project needs.

A background in design risk and construction design management, health and safety or project compliance on buildings is desired. Building Regulations experience is essential.
