SGS Bar Hill (CB23 8UD) is a food laboratory. We are currently looking for someone to work within the Sample Registration department for a 3 months period.

We would be looking at 4 hours a day, we are open to 8am-12 noon or 9am-1pm everyday (weekdays).

As a Sample Registration Administrator, you'll be responsible for registering samples received from customers into the Lab system. No experience needed as full training will be provided but good attention to detail is required for the role.

Key Accountabilities;
  • Responsible for logging samples in the laboratory onto our booking in system in accordance with customer and company objectives.
  • To ensure samples processed are prioritised within the workload, to help the laboratories maintain the time sensitivity of the products.
  • Promptly inform the senior staff of any difficulties that may impact on KPI’s in order to ensure remedial action is taken and/or customer expectations are managed.
