NonStop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed fostering agency in Maidstone,Kent. I am looking for an experienced supervising social worker with hybrid working for their team.

The IFA is a smaller sized agency that kept their integrity and independence where all members of staff share a common goal which is to improve the lives of children that they look after.

If you are looking for a role where you can be part of a team of highly experienced people that stand by high quality care and establishing sustainable loving relationship with their clients. The agency believes the relationship between carers and social workers is vital which means you will not be expected to contribute to recruitment responsibilities, annual revies or form Fs. You will have full focus on supervision of carers and placements.

Responsibilities

The supervising social worker with hybrid working will supervise a complex caseload in Medway and Kent area. You will be working mostly home-based with going to the office once or twice per week in Maidstone.

You will have 10-12 carers in your care.

There is no requirement to complete form F assessments or annual reviews as part of the role.
