Desired Qualifications and Skills for Level 2 TA: 

• Level 2 qualification as a Teaching Assistant 

• Experience working with children or young adults with additional needs 

• DBS Check or willingness to undergo one 

• Comfortable with assisting in personal care tasks 

• Effective behavior management skills 

• Resilience and a strong passion for education
