Caretaker required to work at private residences to start asap.
Working times Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
Duties:
- Collecting junk mail
- Sweeping front entrance to block
- Removing rubbish
- Take in small parcels for residents
- Assisting residents with maintenance issues
- Keeping area around recyclibg bin clear and tidy
- Leaving rubbish our for collection
- Mowing the lawn
- Managing keys for bike shed, side gate
