Vacancy Brief:

• The job role is that of a Senior Housing Management Worker.
• This is a potential temp to perm vacancy.
• A full-time role, up to 35 hours per week
• Work pattern is Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
• Pay rate for this vacancy is £14.55 PAYE or £18.51 Umbrella.
• This vacancy will require you to drive, 0.45p per mile will be paid for work-related travel.
• A current Enhanced DBS covering Child and Adult workforce will be required for this job role.
• Full UK Driver’s license and access to a vehicle and business insurance is needed.

The Responsibilities:

• As a Senior Housing Management worker, you will support with the recruitment, induction and training of new staff members to ensure all staff are prepared and have what they need to be able to succeed in their role.
• Part of your job role as a Senior Housing Management worker will be to work with your Service lead and Supported Housing Officer to ensure your staff team understand and meet the agreed financial standards on voids and arrears.
• An important part of your role as a Housing Management worker will be to manage the conduct and performance of direct reports, using the appropriate policies and procedures.
• You will provide adequate support and supervision for all staff to ensure high levels of and performance and best practice.
• Furthermore, as a Senior Housing Management worker, you will need to ensure all service user accommodation and safety plans are in place, up-to-date and reflect individual needs.
