Job Title: GRADUATE TEACHING ASSISTANT (PRIMARY)

Responsibilities of the Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary):

• Help with administrative tasks and classroom organization.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to enhance student learning
• Collaborate with teachers to implement tailored learning plans based on individual student needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

Requirements of the Graduate Teaching Assistant (Primary):

• A recent graduate or currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Child Development).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with students and staff.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
