The Role:
Site Manager (Cleaning).
35 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday.
£27,000 per annum.
The site: Chailey Heritage School is a non-maintained special school for 3-19 year olds.
The team: You will work with a team of 7 cleaners and a day janitor.

Join us as our Site Manager (Cleaning) at Chailey Heritage School, as part of Chailey Heritage Foundation, one of the UK’s leading centres for children and young people with complex needs. You will oversee a dedicated team of cleaners and ensure that the cleaning operations run seamlessly and efficiently.

You will be the first point of contact for your team on a day to day basis, carrying out daily check ins and recruiting, onboarding, and training our cleaning colleagues as well as stock ordering, conducting regular audits, and building a great relationship with the client. You will be working directly with the Service Manager for the site.
