About the role:

As a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA), you’ll play an instrumental role in supporting students with boosters and interventions, focusing on special educational needs. You will assist in delivering tailored support to small groups and individual children, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and making sure they feel included and valued in the classroom. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, looking to make a real difference in children’s lives. Application Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a Key Stage 1 setting.
• Experience with special educational needs (SEN), particularly with interventions and boosters.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting young children.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to work well within a team, as well as independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.
• Assisting with interventions and boosters to help students reach their full potential.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support for children with SEN.
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborating with the teaching team to assess and monitor student progress.
