What You'll Be Doing:

As an essential part of the admin team, you'll handle a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth operation of the court. You will:

  • Prepare Documentation: Organise papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings.
  • Data Management: Create and update records on our in-house computer system and ensure accurate data input.
  • Result Processing: Accurately interpret and result court files based on the required information.
  • Verification Duties: Check and verify documents, records, accounts, claims, and returns against established criteria and procedures.
  • Information Assembly: Collect and assemble information for returns, results, accounts, statements, and reports.
  • Communication: Interact with the public, judiciary, and other court and tribunal users to facilitate effective communication and support.

  • Multitasking Ability: Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
