Head of Transactional Finance

We are supporting a large regulated business on a hybrid (2 days in the office) Head of Transactional Finance role.
This business is going through a period of transformation and are looking to modernise their financial processes and systems. With 4 direct reports and an overall team of around 30 we are looking for a natural leader who can drive change and has a track record of managing teams in a shared service or transactional finance role.
The teams cover treasury settlements, banking, payments and purchase to pay.
There is a highly competitive salary and excellent benefits package in place which includes a 35 hour week, 10% pension and 15% bonus.
