In this role you will work in a small team under a highly experienced Chartered Architect. Key responsibilities include creating and refining standard house type designs and specifications, overseeing external consultants involved in planning and technical approvals, coordinating engineering and service information, managing planning applications and building regulation submissions, and supporting the construction team throughout the project delivery process.

To be considered for this role you must be a great communicator, have knowledge of ArchiCAD/AutoCAD, be self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team. A variety of experience levels will be considered for the role.
