Job Description: General Manager - Built-to-Rent
We are seeking an ambitious leader to join our Built-to-Rent team as a General Manager. This role offers the opportunity to develop in a growing sector while leading a team to exceed customer expectations. You will report to the Regional General Manager and be accountable for executing national and regional strategies, improving operational performance, and enhancing the overall customer and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex business issues and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:
- Experience in the Built-to-Rent sector as a General Manager or Property Manager.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
