About the Role:
As an SEN Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in matching talented professionals with schools and educational settings that support children with Special Educational Needs. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that requires someone with a strong understanding of the SEN sector, excellent people skills, and a drive to succeed in a sales position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the recruitment process for SEN roles, including teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local schools, education professionals, and candidates.
- Identifying and placing the right candidates into temporary and permanent roles.
- Proactively sourcing new candidates using a variety of channels such as job boards, networking, and social media.
- Meeting targets for candidate placements, client development, and overall business growth.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for education and making a difference in the SEN sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Target-driven with a desire to succeed in a sales-based environment.
- Knowledge of the local Stoke-on-Trent education market is advantageous.
