Are you a Project Manager or similar from a Construction background looking for a varied role within a well-established yet continually growing company providing the opportunities to work on exciting projects across primarily around the South West with opportunities to progress your career and increase your earnings through a bonus?

This well-established Construction company work on varied and exciting construction projects, specialising in bespoke glazing services across the commercial sectors. Since their establishment 22 years ago they have experienced continual growth and are now diversifying into new areas and are looking for a new Project Manager to join their team.

This varied role will see you working on a range of projects, primarily refurbishing offices with bespoke glazing fit outs across the UK. You will work closely with the Surveying Director and the site and design teams in addition to overseeing contracts and other departments within the Bristol office. You will have autonomy to liaise with clients and be responsible for on time and within budget delivery during this Monday-Friday days-based role.

This position would suit a Construction Project Manager or similar looking to work for a well-established company working with commercial clients around Bristol in a role offering the autonomy to oversee varied projects and to continually progress your career.

The Role:

• Managing entire projects from concept to completion
• Running teams on-site
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Attend site and client meets
• Undertake CAD drawings of proposed projects
• Work closely with the Surveying Director
• Mainly office based, occasionally on site

The Person:

• Project Manager or similar
• Construction Background
• A strong understanding of CAD design
• Full UK Driving License
• Commutable to Bristol
