Finance & Regulatory Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Submitting fuel duty returns and payments to HMRC, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Supporting the billing of electricity supply and validating commercial data
- Assisting with monthly ROC claims and Ofgem submissions
- Managing data input and reconciliation for regulatory returns
- Processing supplier invoices and preparing finance journals
- Supporting statutory and commercial audits
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial models and processes
Requirements:
- AAT Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification
- Experience with computerised accounting systems and SAGE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
