Vehicle Technician - Romford

Salary: £32,000 to £37,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Bonuses + Overtime

The Role:

As a Vehicle Technician, you will:

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Use diagnostic equipment to efficiently diagnose and resolve faults
• Perform vehicle inspections, test drives, and ensure vehicle performance meets expectations
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Follow all health and safety regulations and adhere to company policies
• Have working knowledge and experienced with engine strips, head gasket, clutch works.

What the Client is looking for:

• Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or automotive service environment (at least 5 years)
• Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in vehicle mechanics or a related field (NVQ / IMI Level 2 upwards)
• Strong Diagnostic Skills: Ability to identify and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
• Team Player: Capable of working both independently and within a supportive team
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to delivering high-quality work
