Temp Receptionist - Full Time - North London - Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to work for a SEN school based in North London who can work until the end of October half term.

This school are dedicated to helping the lives of young autistic individuals by providing them a safe and happy learning environment. This special needs school focus on adapting teaching styles to better suit each individuals learning needs.

Your responsibilities for this role would include -

• Answering all calls in a timely manner taking messages & forwarding them on to the relevant people
• Welcome parents and visitors, ensuring they have signed in on arrival, and signed out when departing
• Preparation of resources and materials including school books, registers, visitor books, escort handover docs etc - checking they are up to date, making changes when necessary
• Order and distribute school supplies, stationery, education supplies, equipment, first aid supplies, etc. and ensure sufficient stock levels
• Have excellent communication skills

This special needs school is only located a 6 minute cycle away from the closest station and with the provided bike loan scheme, this would be easily accessible!
