A globally recognised real estate firm, with a building consultancy team of 22, are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join their central London office.

This is an opportunity for a a well-seasoned Associate Building Surveyor who has a strong commercial consultancy background, to become an integral part of a successful team.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will deliver projects, carry out business development and support junior surveyors, with direct line management responsibility.

Your role as the chosen Associate Building Surveyor will encapsulate the full range of professional services, to a portfolio of predominantly commercial properties, for occupier, developer and owner type clients.

Person specification

This role will suit a commericially aware and savvy Associate Building Surveyor, who has key management ability and is keen to progress.

• MRICS qualified
• RICS accredited degree
• 3+ years' consultancy background
• Commericially minded and business development focused
• Line management experience or skillset
• Strong commercial property experience
