Writing patient care plans and observing and recording the condition of patients Implementing plans through tasks such as wound treatment and monitoring pulse, blood pressure and temperature. Checking and administering drugs and injections Responding quickly to emergencies. Communicating with of patients and their relatives. Organizing staff and prioritizing busy workloads. Maintaining patient records.
