Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Store Experience Manager at a fashion and accessories store in London. The successful candidate will lead the team, manage daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Additionally, they will oversee the store's social media and collaborate with the marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the store team.
- Drive performance and sales to meet targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create an outstanding shopping experience.
- Manage KPIs and budgets to maintain high performance.
- Participate in social media and marketing activities for the store.

Requirements:
- Experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or accessories.
- Proven success in managing KPIs, budgets, and improving store performance.
- A track record of driving sales.

Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to £33,000 per year.
- Bonus potential: Up to £8,000.
