Contract: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only

Salary: Final salary based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in supporting students’ daily learning and developmental activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with in school setting.
• Participate in the continuous assessment, recording, and reporting of students’ progress.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to facilitate lessons both within and outside the classroom environment.
• Support students during lessons and with additional interventions, focusing on their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

• An Enhanced DBS check demonstrating suitability to work with children and young people.
•  Previous experience working with children in primary school setting.
•  A relevant teaching qualification demonstrating your knowledge of effective teaching practices.
• Confidence in communication with the ability to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and parents.
