Account Manager - Packaging Artwork

Hybrid

Circa £40,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background of working with retailers and packaging artwork?

We are on the hunt for a strong client facing account manager, someone who has a good understanding of the packaging graphics process.  

This role is to be based onsite two days a week with a customer in the Chester/North Wales area, the rest of the time you will be able to work from home.

You will join a global packaging brand management business, one that is driven by innovation and passion. From brand strategy, design, artwork, prepress, it offers tailored solutions to meet the demands of its customers.

For your application to be successful, you will need:

  • 2 years + relevant experience of packaging artwork and reprographic services with a solid understanding of the technical aspects of artwork and print would be advantageous.
  • 2 years + experience in account management
  • Excellent communication skills - speaking to a variety of key stakeholders at varying levels within the business.
  • Excellent organisation skills - effectively managing multiple projects and their relevant stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Enthusiasm and composure under pressure – a ‘can do’ attitude looking at challenging situations with a calm and optimistic approach and to outwardly champion the process to all areas of the business.
  • Professional and presentable – to be comfortable in a client facing role in an onsite fast paced retail environment.
  • Reliable team player – always willing to contribute and assist other colleagues in busy periods.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft applications and the ability to adapt to use bespoke software solutions.

Key skills required:

  • Excellent organisational & time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise your own workload against critical path deadlines.
  • Creation and management of both client relationships and internal team relationships.
  • Able to use Microsoft applications, in particular Excel.
