Multi Skilled JOiner

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Joiner to work with our client on a long-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Wet Room fitter with experience in social housing to join a reputable company on a 16-week temp-to-perm contract. The role offers the chance to progress into a permanent position with a competitive salary and additional benefits.

Requirements:

• CSCS Card preferred (had one at least once before or current)
• Social housing experience is a must
• Experience within floor laying
• General social housing expierence
• Expierece fitting wet rooms
• Full Clean Driving License
• Provide at least 1 reference

Job Responsibilities:

• Fitting and installing wet rooms in social housing properties
• Ensuring all installations meet high-quality standards and are completed on time
• Collaborating with other tradespeople to complete repairs and renovations
• Carrying out general labouring tasks related to wet room installations
• Driving between multiple sites, if applicable (mileage covered)

Rate: £24 per hour (CIS)

Temp to perm: 16 weeks

When permanent: Salary of £34,000-£36,000 + additional £3,000 if using own car (fuel covered)
