Application Requirements: 

• Relevant experience working with children with ASD.
• A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach.
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teachers, parents, and SENCO.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide 1:1 and group support to students with ASD.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of tailored educational activities.
• Support students’ emotional and social development.
• Help create a positive and safe learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to track progress and adapt strategies.
