Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am – 5pm

My clients are currently looking for a motivated, proactive Sales Administrator to join their fast-growing team.

As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, processing applications, and collaborating with their back-office teams to ensure the highest level of customer service delivery. You will be working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for improving the sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow/progress within a dynamic office environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for calling potential leads and maintaining accurate records of lead interactions on the CRM system
  • Following up sales enquiries via telephone & email
  • Supporting the sales team by processing applications and updating customer records on the internal systems
  • Process and management of leads
  • Answering customer queries
  • Liaising with brokers and customers
  • Ensure all leads are accurately tracked

About you:

  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Work well pressure as you will be working in fast-paced sales environment
  • Passionate about sales
  • Eager to develop new skills and grow in line with business need
  • Previous experience in sales, admin, or customer service is desirable

Key skills:

  • Strong communication skills: you will be reaching out to potential clients and handling a high volume of calls so must be confident communicator both via phone call and email.
  • Organisational skills essential as you will be managing multiple leads simultaneously while maintain accuracy
  • Customer focused: a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Attention to detail skills: ensuring all customer and lead information is captured accurately
  • Proactive: Be self-sufficient and motivated to follow up leads
  • Strong IT skills: knowledge/experience using Excel and Word is helpful (full training provided on the CRM systems used)
