The Company
Our client is the largest independent distributor of wet leisure products. The key to maintaining such a prodigious position within the industry is understanding the customers needs and providing them in a cost efficient manner. The business has strived through Covid and continued to grow through this difficult climate, with the average staff retention in the sales team a lot higher than the national avenger for a sales environment.
What you will do as the Business Development Manager
With an existing account base of clients this is a Relationship Management / Business Development territory sales role responsible for introducing new products, training distributor staff and supporting distributors to win larger projects. A high emphasis of the role is managing and motivating the distributors to sell / use your products over the competition together with providing manufacturer’s support.
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing existing relationships within the SouthEast region. This is a classic 'territory management' sales role supporting your distributor / Installer account base
