Our client is a main contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects, known for exceptional quality and meticulous craftsmanship, innovative techniques, and eco-friendly practices. They are looking for someone ambitious, hard-working, and enthusiastic to join their already exceptional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-end residential projects from conception to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within the high-end residential sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous.
