DN Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic and innovative Vice Principal to join our Senior Leadership Team. This pivotal role will see you leading our business development, marketing, and student recruitment strategies, ensuring sustainable growth and excellence across our diverse educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead integrated student recruitment strategies to achieve sustainable growth in key learner markets.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Oversee marketing and promotional activities, ensuring a high-impact narrative and professional engagement.
  • Curriculum Development: Provide essential insights to inform the development of a responsive curriculum strategy.
  • Commercial Strategy: Implement strategies to maximise commercial returns and identify new opportunities for income generation.
  • Partnership Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, funders, employers, and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve strategic goals.
