£45,000 + 10% bonus and private HC.
Week 1: 6am – 2pm (Mon-Fri)
Week 2: 2pm – 10pm (Mon-Fri)
Week 3: 10pm – 6am (Sun-Thurs)
This is the opportunity to join a food manufacturing site that have been through a significant amount of investment and need to re-lay the foundations before growing again.
Over £30m has been invested into site, the largest in decades and as such, this has caused a change to the processes that everyone has been used to for years and years. This is new for the team and something they need support and guidance with as they get to grip with the new machinery/process.
Your impact will be huge, joining at the right time to embed the right processes and drive production in the right way. There will be some teething issues, but once through that, you will be focussing on the fun stuff – being pro-active in driving CI activity, upskilling the team and getting ready for the next phase of growth.
Background?
This is a fast paced food manufacturing environment, so you will need experience as a Production Shift Manager in food or FMCG, managing teams of production and engineering staff. You’ll need to be switched on, engaging and have a track record in developing teams.
